Our Values

Independence

  

We will ensure that every person supported achieves a level of independence commensurate with their ability. We will provide tailored and person-centred support that promotes independence without compromising safety considerations. 

Choice

  

We will actively seek to give our clients (and their families) a voice to determine how they live their lives. This includes a choice of their preferred support workers where possible, what they eat, how they dress and present themselves, their entertainment, their learning and personal development.

Empowerment

  

We will provide regular opportunities for clients to input into the running of their services. We will ensure that feedback loops are in place that demonstrate how client input is leading to changes in our services. We will support clients to present their own needs, wants and preferences to various stakeholders including GPs, Commissioning Managers, social workers and others.

We will do this, in part, by adopting values-based recruitment and comprehensive staff induction to ensure that we live out our values and attributes across our entire business.
